Here is what I have been carrying in my bag lately.  This is the Kate Spade  Cove Street Goldie Crosshatched Satchel, you can find it  here . In the two open side pockets I keep my sunglasses, which are from Target and my phone, which is the iPhone 6s in gold.  In the like bottom of the bag I keep my Vera Bradley black leather wallet/crossbody, to see more of what this bag looks like in side checkout this  post .  I also have some of my favorite Orbit gum, a phone charger, because I never have my phone charged lol and I have my car keys, which are on a Vera Bradley lanyard in the pattern Sierra.  In the zipper pocket I just have a few essentialsl the Burt's Bees chap stick, which is my favorite, the Burt's Bees cuticle cream because I always want to do my cuticles when I am waiting somewhere and I have a small pack of Neutrogena makeup remover wipes.

Here is a good precipice I found on Pinterest for chocolate chip banana cookie/bars.  It super easy and great to have for a healthy alternative snack. super easy: 2 RIPE bananas mine were not... 1.5 cups of quick oats 1/2 cup of peanut butter 1/4 cup of chocolate chips  bake at 350 for at least 15 minutes I found this recipe  here . I also made amazing banana muffins  from another recipe I found on Pinterest.

This post is going to be all about my 2016 goals, and yes I have realized that I am at least 4 days late to the game, but better late than never!  This year I am going to try to really focus on making myself a better person, I have been so inspired lately by different people that I have met or whose blog posts I have read or videos I have watched and I just really want to use that inspiration and have an amazing year. 1. Be positive. So my first goal is to be positive, I genuinely struggle with staying positive and not complaining about everything.  So this year I am going to start being a more optimistic person.  How am I going to do this?  Well, I will try to remember all of the things that I am grateful for and I will also try to be more thankful for all of the wondering people, opportunities and other things in my life.  Also, when I start to begin thinking negatively I am really going to try to stop myself from thinking that way. 2. I went shopping to spend some of my gift cards that I received for Christmas and here is what I got! First I went into Sephora because I needed a lighter shade of the Clinique Acne Solutions BB cream but unfortunately they were all out of my shade so I decided to get this Tarte amazonian clay full coverage foundation, I purchased this in the shade Ivory. Next I went into Pink and purchased this bra...I discovered how amazing these sports bras with support of regular bras are...so perfect!  So I decided to get another one in black. Then I went to Vera Bradley and got the prettiest crossbody that is all a wallet!  I have been looking for a nice wallet and have been looking for a crossbody so I was so excited when I saw this...unfortunatley it was a little more than I thought I would spend at the mall this trip but I am so glad I decided to buy it, it's beautiful!
