What I Ate Today
Here is what I ate today for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Breakfast: I had a smoothie bowl with 1 cup of spinach, 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries, 1 banana and 1/4 cup of organic pumpkin flax granola (251 calories)
Lunch: I made avocado toast with an egg on it
I used whole wheat bread this is my favorite...I totally forgot to put the eggs in the photo...they're just regular eggs
Dinner: I had Progresso Light Creamy Chicken Alfredo With Pasta Soup
(only 100 calories for 1/2 of the can)
