My January List

Image
I cannot believe it is already the end of January 2017, how crazy!! So, today I am going to be starting a new little series where I share some things from my month and wrap it up what happened, experiences and things I am loving. I think this will be a great time to share the things that don't make a whole post as well. 1. I found the best dry shampoo ever this month. It is the brand Batiste and it seriously works so well. You can find it here . 2. I discovered this amazing UGG cleaning kit this month as well. It seriously made two of my pairs look so much better! 3. My favorite Starbucks order this month has been their butterscotch latte. 4. My favorite outfit this month has been this black and white one that I shared earlier this month. It is seriously so perfect for this time of year. It keeps me warm and my Hunters are just so practical. 5. Every day this month I have been trying to read a devotion from this amazing book by Joyce Meyer called Closer to God Each D

Winter Wear

Image
Today I am sharing my go to winter wear. I live in New York, where it is very cold, except today it's actually like warm! But usually, it's very cold throughout these New York winters. So here is what I wear to ensure my warmth. This North Face jacket is amazing, it's down on the inside which makes it very warm and on the outside, it is weather proof. My short black gloss Hunter boots are the perfect shoes to walk through snow ensuring my feet never get wet even through inches of snow.

Cold Buster Tea

Image
I have been LOVING the cold buster, or the medicine ball tea at Starbucks so far this winter. This tea is SO good. So, I decided I wanted to see if I could make it at home, instead of spending $4 on it at Starbucks. It is one peach tea bag, with a peppermint tea bag, and then I steep the tea with half water and half lemonade...it's so delicious, even if you are not usually a tea drinker, it's great!

This will make you get moving so that you can stay on your schedule. 2 - Make your bed every morning As soon as you get up in the morning make your bed. This way you will not be tempted to crawl back in it then or after a long day. Instead, you will be more likely to accomplish more, because your bed will not be there tempting you. 3 - Prioritize your to do list When planning out tomorrow make sure that you do the hardest tasks first so that you will have more energy to do those harder tasks. Starting Clean in Seventeen

Happy New Year! I'm overjoyed to be getting a fresh start and have several exciting goals, ideas, and plans to share with you all today! So, in this post I will be talking about how to help you actually reach your goals this year and what my2017 goals are. Here are a few ways to give you a better chance to reach your goals. First of all you need to figure out what you want to accomplish this year and you need to make a general list. Now, we need these goals to be obtainable. So, you should write down specific things for you to accomplish. For example one of my goals is to read more this year, so instead of just writing down "read more" I need to make it something I can obtain, a number. For me when I have a goal with a finish line it is easier for me to reach it. So, I'm going to write down "read 12 books". Now after you have written down all of your goals for 2017, you need to make yourself accountable to these goals. A great way to do this is
